Term of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of our podcast studio and facilities in Karachi. By booking with Carpe Diem Studios, you agree to abide by these terms to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients.
1. Booking the Studio
- A 100% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Studio bookings are subject to availability during operational hours (Monday-Saturday, 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM).
- By booking our studio, you acknowledge and agree to all outlined terms of service.
- Clients must vacate the premises promptly at the end of their booking.
2. Overtime Guidelines
- Please ensure all preparations, including makeup, are completed within your reserved time slot.
- Additional charges apply for extended usage beyond the booked hours.
- We may not accommodate overtime if the next time slot is reserved by another client.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- 100% refund for cancellations made more than 3 days in advance.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 72 hours before the session.
- 20% refund for cancellations made 48 hours prior.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
4. Content Guidelines
- Carpe Diem Studios promotes a professional and respectful environment. Content involving hate speech, illegal, or unethical themes is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to deny services for projects that violate these guidelines or applicable laws.
- We are committed to assisting with projects that comply with these guidelines and can provide guidance on best practices for content creation.
5. Equipment Usage
- Clients are required to treat our premises, equipment, and staff with respect and care.
- Misuse or damage to facilities may result in additional charges or denial of future bookings.
- Our team is available to assist with setup and provide guidance on equipment usage.
6. Content Ownership and Confidentiality
- Clients retain full ownership of their recorded content. Carpe Diem Studios does not claim rights over any project created in the studio.
- We are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your projects. Any material recorded or created in our studio will not be shared or used without explicit permission.
- We prioritize privacy and request all clients to respect the confidentiality of others while on our premises.
- By using our services, you agree to grant Carpe Diem Studios the right to use select recordings or images from your session for promotional purposes, such as on our website or social media. This usage will be limited to showcasing our facilities and services.
- If you prefer not to have your session included, please inform us in advance, and we will fully respect your request.
7. Responsibility for Content
- Carpe Diem Studios is a neutral service provider and does not endorse, support, or take responsibility for the views, opinions, or content expressed in the podcasts or projects recorded at our facility. The content produced is solely the responsibility of the individuals or entities using our services.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Substance Use: The use of tobacco, drugs, or alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Weapons: The possession or display of weapons is not allowed under any circumstances.
9. Amendments to Terms
- Carpe Diem Studios reserves the right to update or modify these terms as necessary.
- Clients will be notified of any significant changes through email or our website.
10. Liability Disclaimer
- We are not liable for any legal, financial, or personal issues arising from your use of our website, services, or breaches of these terms.
